Experience Rochester is pleased to announce the return of a community tradition to ring in the new year. The 4th Annual Celebrate Rochester! New Year's Eve will take place at Mayo Civic Center on December 31, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Celebrate Rochester New Year’s Eve is free to attend. 

Here’s what to expect throughout the day at Celebrate Rochester New Year’s Eve:

• FREE roller-skating lessons from Med City Derby Skaters​
• Video Game & VR Truck
• Kids Dance Party Area with DJ and Photo Booth 
• A "Kids Balloon Drop" at 6:00 p.m. to ring in the new year
• Games (Arcade games / Bean Bag Toss / Pool Tables)
• Rock Climbing Wall
• Balloon Artists & Face Painters
• Outdoor Fire Pit 
• Food and beverages available for purchase
• Photo Ops with special appearance from Slider (from the Rochester Honkers) & Boomer (from the Rochester Grizzlies)
