Skyways & Pedestrian Subways

It never dips below 68 degrees in Rochester thanks to its climate controlled skyway and underground walkways, otherwise known as subways. Businesses, hotels, shops, and dining are all accessible without ever having to step outdoors in the winter. General hours of the skyway and subway are noted below, however, please check your specific route to ensure accessibility. Many portions of the system are privately owned and managed and may be open at different times than noted below.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.

Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.

Sunday & Legal Holidays: 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
