Rochester to host pre-tournament exhibitions  

World Juniors Pre Tournament Schedule

(Rochester, Minn.) October 28, 2025 – The 50th anniversary of the IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship will take place Dec. 26, 2025 – Jan. 5, 2026, in Saint Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota, and teams participating in the tournament will utilize four communities in the State of Hockey – Rochester, Duluth, Bemidji and Mankato -- for the World Juniors Pre-Tournament Series, presented by Delta Dental of Minnesota.

Rochester will host specific teams for pre-tournament games and practices as the 10 teams prepare to compete for the gold medal in one of the most anticipated events on the hockey calendar each season.

IN ROCHESTER
Switzerland will call the Rochester Recreation Center home for its pre-tournament camp. The Swiss will take on Denmark and Sweden in Rochester in the leadup to the tournament.

Tuesday, Dec. 23 – Switzerland vs. Sweden – 7 p.m. CT
