The Springhill Suites Rochester Mayo Clinic Area/Saint Marys, a Rochester, Minnesota hotel owned and managed by TPI Hospitality, announced the completion of its full property renovation on April 24, 2019.
The hotel underwent a complete renovation to its 86 suites, lobby and all public spaces. The hotel near Saint Marys Hospital at Mayo Clinic offers complementary shuttle to Mayo Clinic, Saint Marys Hospital and Rochester International Airport (RST). Other perks include complimentary parking, hot breakfast buffet daily and WiFi.
Step into the fresh new lobby featuring modern furniture, communal seating, contemporary decor and a welcoming front desk. The full transformation continues in each modern suite that is decorated with warm greys to suit any palate. West Elm sofas with trundle beds were added to maximize the space and new look. Bathrooms were completely refreshed to include new vanities, tile and backlit mirrors. The spacious breakfast area now has an advanced look featuring stylistic décor, furniture and color scheme. Hallways throughout the hotel have new wallpaper, in addition to new carpet and luminous lighting.
