Instructions and Process For Your Chorus Convention Lodging 

All lodging requests must be completed online. Hotels will not take lodging reservations directly. After submitting your online lodging request you will be placed in a hotel. The hotel sales department will call you directly to confirm your requested number of rooms/types, confirm dates and ask for your credit card payment within 72 hrs. (Mon-Fri)  Use your Room Assignment Form to provide details to the hotel.

Any changes or cancellations should be directed to the hotel. 

ROOM RATES

        Doubletree Hotel:  $135. / Hilton Garden Inn:  $125.  

 

Additional Charges 

$8.00 discounted parking per night per vehicle / $12.00 per night per bus (notify your hotel prior to arrival)

Room rates do not include state and local taxes of  15.125% 

 

 Contests, Showcase, and the Celebration Party will be held at the Mayo Civic Center. Contestants will be bussed to Center. There will be limited audience busses. All hotels are within easy access to the Mayo Civic Center either outside or by an enclosed walkway. The distance from each hotel via walkway is approximately 5 minutes.
