Rochester Gymnastics Academy (ROGA) is a locally owned and operated gymnastics facility offering high-quality programs for all ages and ability levels in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. We provide a wide range of programming including preschool gymnastics from Parent and Me through advanced classes, youth recreational gymnastics for girls and boys, Ninja, Acro and Tumbling, and competitive team training through both USAG and NGA. ROGA also offers adaptive classes, homeschool classes, and multiple open gym options for preschoolers, youth, and adults. In addition to youth programming, ROGA offers adult gymnastics classes and a fully equipped weight room with punch pass options. Families can also enjoy birthday parties, Kids Night Out events, summer camps, and seasonal programs throughout the year. Our large facility features top-of-the-line equipment and is staffed by experienced coaches who are committed to athlete development, confidence building, and safety. ROGA is a SafeSport focused facility that prioritizes positive coaching, inclusivity, and community connection.
