Opened in 2004 by Kay Hoecker, the gallery features a collection of renowned artists including CeCeile Hartlieb, Rick Hansen, Sarah Rogers and Michael Tonders. Many of the artists are Minnesota-based and somewhat limited to the Upper Midwest.
