All businesses seeking Experience Accreditation should complete the following steps.
GETTING STARTED IS EASY:
1. REQUEST ACCESS.
Establish a representative from your business who will be the primary contact for the Experience Accreditation process. Experience Rochester uses an online extranet to collect application information for your business. If you do not already have a username/password for the partner extranet, email your request for access to email@example.com.
2. REVIEW STANDARDS AND APPLICATION.
Click here to review a list of standards for your business.
3. APPLY ONLINE.
The Experience Accreditation Oversight Committee will review your application details and confirm your achievement of becoming Experience Accredited.
5. SPREAD THE WORD!
Congratulations on your high achievement. Implement the Experience Accreditation start-up kit.
All businesses interested in Experience Accreditation must be located within Rochester city limits. Eligible business types include: Transportation (taxi, shuttle service, trolley), Hotels, Retail, and Restaurants.
