Join a 90-minute forest therapy walk to celebrate the spring equinox, also known as the vernal equinox. At 10:46 AM CDT that day, the sun's direct rays will be shining down on the equator, creating the effect of equal day and night. From this day until the summer solstice in June, the days will grow longer and the nights will grow shorter.

This walk will cover less than a mile over relatively even terrain. The experience includes a brief orientation, slow movement through the landscape, guided sensory invitations, optional sharing, and a closing tea. Silence, rest, and opting out of any activity are always welcome. Appropriate for children and adults aged 15 or older.
