Once a month, James Beard award-winning Chef Paul Berglund transforms the whole restaurant into an intimate chef’s table to test and explore the natural and agricultural bounty of Southeastern MN. The events become an adventurous test kitchen for informing all the other dinners in that month.

// Tickets are $75 per person for 5 courses, with the option to add a $30 pairing of small producer, biodynamic and organic wines from around the world.
