Free Conference on Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing for Community Members (Providers are welcome and encouraged to share this opportunity with their clients)
Join us for the annual Southeastern Minnesota Conference on Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing, designed first and foremost for community members to gain insights, connect with local resources and build support for overall wellbeing. This conference offers a space to come together. Providers are also warmly invited to attend and help spread the word to those they serve.
This year’s theme, Breaking the Silence, Building Strength, reflects a collaborative effort to raise awareness, provide education and reduce stigma around mental health. With generous support from the Southeast MN Adult Mental Health Initiative, this conference is free and open to anyone in the 10-county region. We hope you will join us for this year’s event.
Our speakers will include:
Chris Hawkeye *Keynote*: Fighting the Darkness by Sharing Your Light
