In this practice, you’ll simply lie down in the comfort of Savasana, allowing your body to settle into stillness while your awareness is gently guided inward. Each session weaves together gentle breath work to drop deeper into stillness as a somatic release, supporting the release of stress and emotional residue while nurturing your body, mind, and spirit.

No movement or experience is required—just bring yourself, a yoga mat, eye cover, and anything that helps you feel cozy, relaxed, and warm.
