Led by Rochester Omni Drummers

Omni Drummers have gathered on the first Friday of each month since 1998.   We have drummed @ schools, nature centers, weddings, funerals, community events + more.  We are a free-flowing, Spirit led, family oriented drumming circle.  We have fun. Sometimes when we drum, we set healing intentions/prayers for our community, planet, ourselves, family and friends, etc.   

Drumming is a form of sound bathing and meditation.  There are numerous researched benefits, including improved immune functioning, improved mental/emotional health, living with grief and chronic pain. People often talk about having a spiritual experience.   

We have a stand up "bigger" drum which people can gather 'round and drum and we have some rhythm instruments available for sharing.  You are welcome to use these or bring what you have, including homemade instruments (of all sorts.)

We'd love to have you come and drum with us or just attend and experience a drum circle!  No experience necessary.
