An outside mindfulness event for summer.  Learn how to apply mindfulness to every part of your life to find more joy and ease through presence.  We’ll practice mindful walking in the labyrinth, mindful eating of our picnic lunches, mindful sharing and connecting, and a guided mindful meditation. Wear layers, bring a journal and a pen, a water bottle or a hat if you need, and also something that you can either sit or lie down on comfortably for some time.
