28th Rochester International Film Festival will present 8 new, current feature films in 4 days at Pop's Art Theater in Rochester, MN. Our program will include high quality films from Europe, Asia, Africa, United States of America, and Minnesota that have not screened in SE MN movie theaters and are not available on streaming platforms. The filmmaker of our Minnesota-made films will attend with his film for audience Q&A.
